Diffusion has announced the launch of specialist mobile division Diffusion Mobile. The department will be managed by David Ross-Tomlin, who was formerly an account manager at Nelson Bostock. Ross-Tomlin is charged with building the division’s team. Diffusion Mobile has just taken on its first client, telecoms analyst house Juniper Research.
